Tyler and his team sold out over $70 million in real estate on the initial launch of the first release, named L'Adamante. Mauritius will always have a special place in Tyler's heart.
EdenArc 1800
Savoie, France
EdenArc 1800 is nestled in one of the Alps’ largest ski areas, Paradiski, and enjoys a unique location overlooking the famous Mont-Blanc. It includes ski in-out residences, a luxury spa, indoor/outdoor pool and a restaurant.
Tyler and his team sold over $30 million in real estate on the initial launch of EdenArc 1800. As an avid skier, Tyler loved skiing to and from work, apres ski drinks and learning French.
Raffles Hotels & Resorts
Singapore & Manila, Philippines
Based in Singapore a select team was formed to sell 3 new Raffles Hotel and Residence Destinations; Makati Manila, China Beach Vietnam and Pasline Seychelles.
Tyler was involved with the initial launch team selling $44 million in real estate, record breaking and historical in the Philippines on one day sales success. Tyler was fortunate to live in a beautiful Penthouse overlooking the famous shopping district of Orchar Rd. Shopping, the delicious food and weekend surf trips to Bali, Indo were some of Tyler's favourite memories living and working in South East Asia.
