Tyler W. Haraldsen is a real estate sales and marketing executive with a proven track record of selling properties all over the world.  

 

 

Mr. Haraldsen graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in 2001.   After his studies, he wanted to better understand financial markets and accounting principles which lead him to completing his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and working towards his Certified Managerial Accounting designation (CMA).    

 

Mr. Haraldsen started his career as a Financial Accountant at Dynamic Mutual Funds in Toronto.  However, he soon realized he wanted more excitement in his career and life.  He left Dynamic Funds to follow his passion of golf and became the Assistant Golf Professional at the Ridge at Manitou.  As a life-long golfer, Mr. Haraldsen has been a member of the Donalda Club in Toronto, and is proud of becoming a scratch golfer by the age of 16 and shooting a course record 66.

 

Mr. Haraldsen spent his childhood summers and winter holidays in Whistler, British Columbia.   Having witnessed Whistler turn into a world-class ski resort (developed by Intrawest), he was fascinated with resort and hotel development and its fun lifestyle. 

 

At 23, he completed his real estate licence and was the youngest sales executive to join a new waterfront development in Muskoka, ON with Intrawest.  Building on this experience, Mr. Haraldsen then went on to live around the world in 7 different countries; marketing and selling world-class golf, beach and ski developments.  Mr. Haraldsen has been a top performer on small specialized teams selling $100's of millions in real estate across the world.  See Development pages for details.

 

Mr. Haraldsen returned home to Toronto in 2009 where he took a brief stint from real estate to develop and grow a small IT company.  He helped complete a successful merger and sale of the business.

 

Mr. Haraldsen worked at Friday Harbour on Big Bay Point, Lake Simcoe.  Tyler and his team sold over half a billion dollars in real estate on this very successful development.

Mr. Haraldsen is currently working on one of the most exciting developments in South Western Ontario, Bois Blanc Canada.  He is married to his lovely wife and has 2 incredible little boys.   His favourite hobbies are real estate and stock market investing, world travel, golf, skiing, tennis, guitar, music and spending time with family and friends.
